COVID-19 UPDATE 05/05/2022
Dear Patient:
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few years, we are all still adjusting to these new routines and way of life. While we welcome you to our office, we want to reassure you that your overall health, wellness and safety is our number one goal.
We have always and are continuing to follow infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Barry-Eaton Health Department. As updates and changes happen, we want to ensure you that we keep up with the most current information to provide you with the best experience in our practice.
We do ask that you complete a Covid-19 screening prior to entering the building. While our waiting room is open, we do ask that you continue to practice social distancing when possible. Mask use is based on your comfort level, and is subject to change with the most current recommendations of the Barry-Eaton Health Department.
All office forms/documents may be filled out and payments made through your smartphone, an in office iPad or from the convenience of your computer at home through our HIPAA compliant patient portal.
